In the modern society, clean technologies are among the most modern and progressive fields of science and technology. In many industrially progressive countries, this industry enjoys significant governmaental support. Today, it is impossible to manufacture microelectronic circuits, modern tool engineering and high-precision mechanics, drag-manufacturing, military equipment. Food stuff manufacturing and many other products without clean rooms. So, the urgency of creating clean environment and use of clean room technologies has increased dramatically. The author mentions that it is necessary to launch manufacturing in the way when the production output of low quality is minimized. This is the fundamental basis of the modern approach to quality assurance and clean room technology is an important part of it. «Present development in the all fields of human activity is connected with increased requirements for product quality. Quality planning has a total essential influence on a product́s quality»[1]. Specialists define a clean room as a room where the concentration of airborne particles is controlled. It is constructed and used in a manner to minimize the introduction, generation, and retention of particles inside the room and in which other relevant parameters, such as temperature, humidity and pressure are controlled as necessary [2]. The large-scale use of clean room technologies started in the XXth century as microlectronics became highly developed industry. Functioning of the clean room required filtered and conditioned air, employee training, special uniforms, supervized procedures and behavior, special construction features and materials. Also it required physical isolation from other parts of industrial facilities. Modern high tech industries are focused on setting quality objectives and specifying necessary processes to fulfill them.

The problem of creating clean technologies and microclimate only inside the clean production facilities can not be totally solved without taking into account close link with the atmosphere of fresh air and compliance of the General ecology requirements of the manufacturing facilities location areas.

The microclimate system of clean production facilities (CPF) consists of supply and exhaust ventilation, ensuring the maintenance of the desired air parameters, as well as positive balance of air exchange between rooms of different clean rates, expressed in differential static pressure not less than 10 PA.

In conclusion, it should be stressed that in the past the production phase was regarded as a core phase for product quality, now it is recognized that the pre-production phase contributes to final product quality. So, desining a clean room environment which ensures all the required parameters is a main objective to get the right final products.
