Objective. Detect the frequency of occurrence of different types of coronary circulation.Conduct an analysis of literature data on the anatomy and classification of the coronary arteries.
Material and methods. Were surveyed 120 people aged 18 to 50 years, and also examined cadaveric material. To achieve results, experience and applied the methods of coronary electrocardiogram.
Results. The analysis of literature data on the anatomy and classification of the coronary arteries. These references are compared with their own . Developed a working classification of the coronary arteries in accordance with the nomenclature adopted in the English literature . Found that the right type of blood supply to the heart occurs 67% of people , left - type blood supply in 13 % of people symmetrical-20.
Conclusion. Statistics revealed the occurrence of different types of coronary circulation . Prepared working classification of the coronary arteries in accordance with the nomenclature adopted in the English literature.
