An emergency notification system is a method of facilitating the one-way dissemination or broadcast of messages to one or many groups of people, alerting them to a pending or existing emergency [1]. The system was created as it was proved that the fastest way to deliver information to a person’s brain is through their ears. Digital Acoustics delivers high quality, intelligible audio to areas large and small, near and far. Whether you call it Mass Notification, Big Voice, or an Emergency Communications System, it is the broad delivery of audible alerts to people.

Emergency notification systems constitute a (one-way communication) subset of the types of systems described by the broader term emergency communication systems, which includes systems that provide one-way and two-way communications, between emergency communications staff, first responders, and impacted individuals. Mass automated dialing services such as Reverse 911, and the common town siren systems that are used to alert for tornadoes, tsunami, air-raid, etc., are examples of emergency notification systems [2], [3].

Nowadays notification systems have developed to be used in different spheres of our life, agricultural production being one of the main users and implementers of technological advances of this kind.

The problem of preventing accidents is directly related to the increased reliability of machines and mechanisms that carry out production processes.

The solution to this problem is made by improving the methods and means of technical diagnostics. Introducing into the operational practice certain means that allow to quickly and accurately determining the technical state of operating devices makes it possible to prevent emergency regimes and make correct decisions on the timing and content of preventive operations and repairs [4].

With the development of machine building industry and the emergence of automated systems, computer programs and controllers, it has become possible to use them for a wider range of equipment to assess its performance.

In order to prevent emergency conditions that may arise during the operation of machines and equipment programmable controllers, such devices as GSM controller CCU422 (Megana – SLA), which is a flexibly adjustable warning, monitoring and control system as well as similar programmable controllers may be used [5].

Our research work is connected with designing a sound alarm system that monitors emergency processes in grain drying equipment. No doubt, it’s a perspective trend of introducing automated systems in agricultural productions.
