All of us in childhood invented something. One for advantage, one for harm , but the tendency to invention is shown when we were children. Various homemade designers products , combined models, dolls dummies helped to show the creative abilities to us.

We also developed the creative abilities to this economy. For last 40 years Lego has won the place in children's dreams and continues to realize projects of babies. Few years ago the phenomenon of popularity of this designer was investigated by Kite Bricks company specialists.

There was a novelty at the market of building materials for low construction which has nonplused many construction experts. It is the "Lego" brick which has got its name for amazing similarity to the known child’s toy. Actually, the problem was created not by a brick, but a question is about possibility to build with "Lego" the normal house.

The company was seriously engaged in new scheme development of housing construction and urbanistic infrastructure according to principle the new type of the cities and settlements which we expects in the near future.

Kite Bricks has really developed and has arranged Lego production for adults intended for construction of low houses, private construction, construction and design of cottages and the ranch.

The Kite Bricks idea consists of realizing construction blocks to which doesn’t need cement. Everything like in the real Lego: bricks blocks are unified and have "pimples" and "hollows" for fixing.

The designer turns out not so toy, but a full analog of Lego houses. Engineers of the company managed to find certain ideal proportions for the block which has already implemented, and there are some projects of cottages from such blocks which can quite be ordered by tomorrow.

There is no special innovation in it, but for understanding that a huge number of problems is removed automatically from the building site, and the mass of difficulties for the consumer and for the builder passes into the background:

• we completely interchange the block;

• designs can have different configuration;

• the house can be adapted to any project of engineering systems and planning;

• all cares with solutions and the fastening structures;

• the design can be reconsidered and reconstructed at any time.

These are not all advantages of Lego houses, but even for such of them it is worth paying attention. As far as such idea will get in the numbed and cliché society, it is unknown, but the project has considerable prospects.

The main differences betweem new material from classical clay and bricks can be listed in several positions:

- on the masonry surface of the rectangular block there are two cylindrical ledges, two grooves from a reverse side with through openings. The device of a brick has possibility of joining blocks

- "Lego" blocks are manufactured by method of hyper pressing of cement and sand mixed with filler of shredded stony breed therefore material turns out heavier than a ceramic brick;

- for connection is not used cement, it’s special glue applied on a circle of ledges;

The main thing is that ranks of a brick and a wall can be spread without having initial experience of the bricklayer, it is enough to maintain geometry constructuion of walls and to control a vertical by means.

The residential buildings made by this material have a number of advantages:

- lowered heat conductivity;

- increased frost resistance;

- Low level of absorption of moisture;

- High wear resistance.

Construction LEGO brick houses is very economic because of binding material glue for external works is used. Thanks to the openings and thorns which are available in a design the reliable connection promoting increase in seismic stability which is provided.

Attention! Durability of a laying increases by 1.7 times in comparison with the structures built from a silicate brick.

The bearing structures of the building aren't plunged to excess loadings as the brick, at the standard size (250х120х65), has smaller weight.

The normalized density from 1550 kg/m3.

Frost resistance from 35 cycles.

Water absorption of-5-6%.

The average weight of 1 piece is 3 kg.

The minimum brand of durability is M150.

Apply the shattered and sifted fractions of volcanic and calcareous breeds, sand and clay with cement as knitting to production. Smaller their size, the more reliable turns out a Lego brick.

Construction by the principle of Lego has already found the application in the most different spheres of life. Bricks which are applied at construction carry the name of "clever bricks".

We won't forget about time of creation of buildings by means of "clever bricks" construction of houses considerably accelerates and becomes simpler. Though it is still difficult to tell whether there will be this project really favorable and effective. Only time will show how successful this technology is.

In spite of the fact that the most widespread application of this type of a brick is facing of facades, there are economic and practical ways of construction providing construction of all building from Lego brick. Such constructions turn out warm, reliable, durable and have faultless appearance. At the same time material as well as a usual brick provides an optimum microclimate in the building.

The house with construction of Lego brick is used of filler for walls. To put up a wall you need that two thin walls in one brick are removed. Openings in Lego brick are used for reinforcing. Then between the received walls one of the modern self-foaming fillers (polyurethane, concrete, polystyrene, etc.) is filled in. As a result the ready warmed wall completely suitable for operation in the most severe climatic conditions turns out. At the same time it is possible to build with Lego brick the building very quickly as the mentioned technologies have been developed especially for high-speed construction of inhabited and commercial objects.

According to operational characteristics the house from Lego brick concedes nothing (and moisture-proofness even surpasses in heat conductivity of walls) the house from an ordinary brick with heater.
