    Are there any regulations which ban using the argicultural lands by civil structures?

      In the Federal law "About Land Turnover of Agricultural Purpose" from 7/24/2002 N 101-FZ when these lands can be provided to citizens is said about cases of the termination of the rights for the land plots and also when they are used not for purpose. In article 78 of the Land code of the Russian Federation it is said that use of lands of agricultural purpose by citizens can be only for maintaining personal subsidiary farm, gardening, livestock production, truck farming.
